DDS is an Australian, family-owned business specialising in the niche market of repairing, maintaining and through its in-house subsidiary, Handpiece Traders, sales of dental handpieces and associated equipment to the dental industry across Australia and New Zealand.

About the role

Operating from our offices at Acacia Gardens, Monday to Friday 9.30am – 4pm (32.5 hours per week) key responsibilities include:

· This role would perfectly suit a new entrant to the workforce ready to turn your natural, extroverted communications skills into a career.

· Making commercially astute yet purposeful sales phone calls to new and existing clients across Australia and New Zealand.

· By delivering desired sales targets, play an integral part in a small team who are extremely focused on revenue achievement as per budget.

· Organising collection/despatch of repaired dental handpieces

· Providing courteous problem-solving customer service to clients by phone

· Some basic administration duties

· Assisting the Owners and your colleagues in creating a fun, yet disciplined work environment and culture.

· On-the-job training & telephony scripts will be provided.

· This role cannot be performed working from home.

· This position is available for an immediate start.

· Salary range on offer $43,000 - $46,800 per annum (pro-rata’d) + Bonus structure + Superannuation

About You

· For convenience of access to the office, you may well reside in the Western Sydney/Hills area.

· Have intermediate level Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills

· May well have some Telesales experience.

· Be able to display excellent verbal and written English skills.

· You will be an Australian Citizen or lawful resident.

· You will have a sense of humour.

· You will have a genuine “like” for people that will be evident in the way you interact with colleagues and clients alike.

· Any Facebook and Instagram marketing ideas are welcome.
