Customer Service and Export Sales Coordinator

Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers of packaging products to the food, primary produce, industrial and grocery sectors.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a person who enjoys being part of a busy customer service sales support team. You will coordinate the Export Sales process by ensuring scheduling and documentation is accurately completed and resolving any issues in a timely manner to meet deadlines. If you can juggle multiple tasks, whilst delivering superior customer service to our customers, many based in South America where English is a second language, all whilst keeping calm under pressure then this role will suit you.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Coordinating the export sales process including negotiating delivery dates, preparing export documentation, tracking vessels and providing status updates to customers, liaison with South American Agents and Customers
• Handling inbound customer enquiries and managing Artwork process
• Maintaining the CRM database
• Providing support to Sales Manager and Category Manager
• Managing and developing customer relationships

Ideally you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Three or more years' experience within Export/Customer Service ideally from manufacturing/commercial sector
• Logistics/Freight Forwarding, billing and documentation for export experience highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Spanish language skills advantageous
• High attention to detail and accuracy; with problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a busy deadline focused environment
• Team player who is adaptable and customer focused
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook and Contact Manager
• Strong time management and proven problem solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
