We have a number of exciting positions as a Customer Service Executive (both permanent and temporary) to join a hugely successful and prestigious company, headquartered in a prime location in Dartford. If you can deliver awesome Customer Service and are massively interested in developing your career with a high-end brand then this could be the position for you. So what will your day look like?
* As Customer Service is part of our clients DNA you will be delivering excellence to their customers that you would be proud of.
* Fully accountable for ensuring all the customers calling you are delighted by your "can do" proactive attitude.
* Yes you will be processing orders, but accuracy and attention to detail are the keys to success - they will teach you the system bit.
* Our client are available on a number of channels so being able to mix "n" match email and calls would be great.
* There are a few processes and procedures in place, its how you run a business but they will teach you all of that.
* Finally they do get the odd complaint (nobody's perfect) but if you are a person that takes ownership, delivers on promises and resolves the issue then nobody can ask more than that.
You will have experience, but vastly more important is a "can do" proactive attitude and a willingness to learn each and every day. If you have a background in the following we'd love to hear from you:

* Working within a customer service environment
Hours: currently Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm but we maybe looking at something different shortly
