The role:
This role is critical to the flow of the business. Your number one priority is to control the ticketing system where you'll be assessing customer queries and passing them on to the relevant department. Sometimes you'll be required to do extra support such as receiving or sending more information, troubleshooting, or checking stock and pricing. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be on the phone and on emails a lot!
You'll have support from other Customer Service team members during busy periods, and similarly you'll be required to support them too from time to time. It is important to maintain pace and consistency in this role to ensure customers are looked after in a timely fashion.
This is a very process-driven role, and with excellent training and ample support this is a great opportunity to take a step up in your Customer Service career! There is plenty of scope for growth within the business as you gain experience and confidence.
About you:
You live and breathe exceptional customer service. Whether you have some experience in retail, hospitality or in the office, it's most important that you possess an excellent attitude, drive to learn and grow, and a passion for great customer service.
In this role you'll be using SAP and Freshdesk computer applications, so we are looking for someone who is tech-savvy and enjoys a process-driven environment! Other skills we are looking for include:
While this role is best suited to someone who wants to work in the office with their team for the majority of the time, you will need to be comfortable being on-boarded and trained remotely while we are in the Red Traffic Light alert level.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Located in lovely Rosedale, Albany offices, there's ample on-street and off-street parking too!
