Our Sydney team has an exciting opportunity available for an organised, efficient and dedicated Customer Service Consultant to join us on a full time permanent basis.
Your extraordinary skills will be used for the day-to-day phone based management of our business customers. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years telesales experience, demonstrated skills in B2B sales development and above all an appreciation for excellent customer service.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
Effective management and resolution of all customer enquiries in a timely manner, with a focus on client retention
Protect existing portfolio by identifying opportunities to re-sign and upgrade existing contracts
The promotion of new products and services to our customer base
Create quality sales leads for the field based sales team
Liaise with other departments to ensure customer enquiries are resolved in a timely manner
Conduct outbound product sales calls to a portfolio of existing Rentokil clients
Achieve monthly product sale budget of $15,000 per month
The ideal candidate will possess:
Prior experience in Sales, Account Management and Customer Service role
Highly developed negotiation skills to ensure contractual obligations are met
An ability to overcome client and manage customer objections
A confident and professional telephone manner
Highly effective time management skills
Intermediate computer and systems skills
Outstanding communication and telephone skills
