As a result of our talented people being promoted to new roles in the business, we're currently looking for several new Customer Service and Customer Sales and Retention Consultants to join us full time in our brand new Fanshawe street Auckland office.

Basically, you're all about the customer. You are their first point of contact with Tower, you set the mood of it all, give them that dazzling first impression you're known for, and quickly and helpfully get them where they need to be. You're across the phones, emails and working online to bring that customer service star power at every turn.

The good news is, you've already got what it takes to shine like the following:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for creating simple and rewarding experiences for customers
  • High attention to detail with excellent time management skills
  • Experience working with complex systems with strong computer skills
  • Resilient with the natural ability to embrace and adapt to change

Covid vaccination requirements

Following our recently implemented Tower COVID-19 Vaccination policy, to be employed with Tower you will be required to be fully vaccinated in order to attend our Tower worksites. If you are fully vaccinated, you will need to provide proof of this on your successful appointment to a new role within Tower.
