We are looking for Customer Service Assistants to join the team over Summer at a variety of locations in the community:

• West locations
• ASAP – mid March
• $23 - 25 per hour 8% holiday pay
• Weekend work is required

Role:

Being the first point of contact for guests and customers, you will be greeting the public and ensuring current COVID guidelines are being followed. This varied position will be a mixture of customer service and administration, including;

• Checking COVID passports upon entrance
• Light administration duties as needed
• Providing excellent service, answering questions and queries

About you:

This is a front facing role interacting with a wide range of stakeholders. You will need to be confident to approach customers to ask if they need assistance, remind them to wear a mask and ask to see their COVID passport. You must also be fully vaccinated. Key skills required include;

• Previous customer service experience
• Proactive and friendly nature
• Ability to pick up systems quickly
• Flexibility to work weekends
