As the first point of contact of the business, the consumer and client support team is very important. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver a great customer experience to members of the public right up to major firms. Our client is looking for someone who loves people and finds satisfaction in helping others via phone calls and email. A successful candidate would be empathetic and resilient when speaking with customers and clients. We’re looking for someone who can both let customers feel heard and also steer a conversation politely and professionally.
You’ll have the opportunity to join a thriving New Zealand-owned business working in a beautiful office environment in Ellerslie. Right now the customer support team consists of one manager and three contact centre agents. In total there are about 30 staff members in the office.
