  • Order processing
  • Online and telephone orders
  • B2B customer service
  • Returns
  • Dealing with queries and complaints
  • Sending samples and being involved in imagery

Candidate requirements -

  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor
  • Ideally some experience in the retail industry
  • Experience within order processing
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Organised
  • Ability to multitask
