We are looking for Customer Service Agents to work with one of the UK's largest banks based in Liverpool, Speke (L24 8DA) company well known for putting their customers at the heart of everything they do.
Role: Customer Service Agent
Location: 1 Leeward Drive, Speke, Liverpool, L24 8DA
Division: Customer Contact
Pay Rate: £10.60
Contract: This will be an on-going contract with permanent opportunities available!
Hours: Full Time 35hrs
Shifts: Working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends). Working hours are between 11am and 9pm
You must be able to work all shift patterns.
Job Description:
This is a telephony role where you will be the first point of contact for customer calls.
Answering customer inbound calls about general personal banking enquiries.
Promote alternative delivery channels such as Internet Banking ensuring that all customers are aware and have full access to the Bank's complete range of service delivery channels.
