We are looking for a resilient Customer Service Advisor to join our billing and collections team!
In this role you will play a key part in helping us collect debt whilst ensuring we deliver our customer experience with every contact – telephony/written correspondence.

You’ll be welcomed into our growing team starting on an annual salary of £20,000, rising to £21,000 within one year.

You’ll start your training at our Exeter office (Gadeon House) and once completed, you’ll have the opportunity to work flexibly between home and the office until further notice.
Your shift patterns will include:
During your five weeks training: 8.30am – 4.30pm
From week six: 9am – 5pm
