  • If you want to use your skills, personality, or customer service experience to solve Customer’s queries and problems.

  • You want to feel proud to deliver honest, respectful and helpful customer service, helping real people to solve real problems.

Pay, benefits and culture

You’ll be welcomed into our growing team starting on an annual salary of £20,000, rising to £21,000 within one year.

At EDF we know work is just one part of your life and we offer benefits that support your physical, emotional and financial wellbeing.

You could benefit from our cycle to work scheme, gym membership, health screening and employee assistance for a range of work and life issues.

Our benefits help your finances go further by offering interest free season ticket travel loan if you need it.  Critical illness insurance, financial wellness education, tools and resources, as well as EDF discounts to support your lifestyle.

We support our employees to live your life your way.  You may want to take advantage of our electric car lease scheme or use our technology vouchers to spread the cost of the latest gadgets throughout the year.  Going on holiday? Then travel insurance could be one of our flexible benefits you choose.  Employee discounts from a wide range of suppliers will help you save on cinema tickets to gifts.

It doesn’t stop there, through consultation with our Working Parents Network, we’ve enhanced the amount of paid leave that we offer for maternity, paternity, adoption leave and fertility treatment.

At EDF, everyone’s welcome. We strive to create an inclusive and diverse environment where everyone has a voice and where you feel confident being yourself.  We’re committed to equality, diversity and inclusion.  We’d like our future workforce to have an equal gender balance, represent a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability and supporting social mobility.

We’re an equal opportunity and disability confident employer. If you feel comfortable sharing with us that you have a disability, and you meet the minimum criteria for the role, we’ll guaranteed you an interview.

Where you’ll be based and your shift patterns

You’ll start your training at Doxford International Business Park in Sunderland and after the first six months,  you’ll  have the opportunity to work flexibly between home and the office. Facilities on site include a gym and free parking.
