Your role:
- Providing exceptional customer and sales support to all clients
- Handling customer inquiries and providing solutions
- Acting as a conduit between the customer and the workshop ensuring the single point of contact works
- Deliver exceptional customer communication
- keeping the customer up-to-date with the job progress
- Manage the quotation process including customer credit limits and guarantees of payment
- Create and invoice works orders
- Actively participate in Health and Safety functions
- Providing a service that meets / exceeds customer expectations
