Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with UK's leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps & heating systems and they are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors (Part-time - 20 hours) to join their team on a permanent basis starting on the 3rd October 2022.
Please note this role will be site based initially but there could be potential for hybrid/remote working however this would be after successful training and 6-month probation period has been completed.
Hours: Mon - Sun (working 20 hours standard per week).
Hours of work will between 9.30am - 3pm (Monday to Friday), 8am - 3pm (Saturdays) and 8am -12pm (Sundays). Rotas are advised 5 weeks advance.
You will be required to work one Saturday in three and one Sunday in five (subject to business requirement).
Salary: £11,122 (£10.69 p/h) + performance bonuses
Duties will include:
* You will be dealing with customers who contact via telephone, email, or live chat to arrange engineer visits.
* Using your customer service skills, you will provide an effortless customer journey and experience through a variety of communication channels.
* You will gain an understanding of each customer's situation, spotting potential opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.
* Ensure all telephone calls are answered within our service level agreement, booking engineer visits utilising the Salesforce platform.
* Work in line with Contact Centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is provided at all levels.
* Work closely with our customers to keep them informed and delighted with the customer service they have experienced.
About you:
* At least 1-2 year's previous customer service experience is essential
* Solid recent work history within customer service
* At least 1 year's previous customer service in a call centre is desirable but not essential
* You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service to customers.
* You are familiar with using Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
* You are highly approachable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
* You have a positive outlook, the determination to succeed and are flexible to learning new skills to support the needs of the business.
* You remain motivated when working independently or as part of a team.
* You are multi-skilled and confident to offer value added products to meet our customer's requirements
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong communication skills
