The Opportunity

The Customer Services Consultants in the Servicing & Administration team are involved with processing changes and alterations to Life insurance policies such as changes to addresses, direct debits, maturities, as well as providing special calculations for conventional policies. Consultants also provide support to the Contact Centre team to assist with customer enquires during high volume periods.

  • Sound numeric and literacy skills
  • PC literate
  • Sound communication skills, has ability to communicate effectively by phone, letter email and face to face to internal and external customers and stakeholders
  • Quick learner with ability to process work efficiently, effectively and accurately
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills

Your Story 

You will demonstrate a successful track record of working in an environment that:

  • Required you to work to set targets and goals which were monitored;
  • Was changing and evolving where you were required to easily adapt;
  • Was fast-paced and busy, yet still customer-focussed; and 
  • Was in an administration role in a customer focussed environment

Business administration or finance qualifications would be desirable but are not essential
