The Opportunity
The Customer Services Consultants in the Servicing & Administration team are involved with processing changes and alterations to Life insurance policies such as changes to addresses, direct debits, maturities, as well as providing special calculations for conventional policies. Consultants also provide support to the Contact Centre team to assist with customer enquires during high volume periods.
