Job Description

Do you have strong administration skills and a can-do attitude? If so, we have a great short term contract available.

  • 2-month contract - flexible part-time or full time
  • Rangiora based
  • Fast-paced environment

Are you a self-motivated individual who can take direction and run with it; whose administration skills and initiative are top-notch and who possesses a 'can do, does do' attitude?

If so, this short-term contract from mid-February to mid-April might be just what you are looking for.

You will be acting as a point of contact for customers, handling queries and booking appointments. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and love providing exceptional customer service. You may also be assisting with administrative tasks to provide support to the Managing Director.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • An 'all hands-on deck' and happy to help out attitude
  • Available for mid-Feb start

This role is ideal for someone looking for a family-focused workplace that provides flexibility on hours. You must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours a week, but they are open as to how these are structured. Alternatively, if you are looking for a full-time position, this would work also.
