Customer Service / Administrator 

Mechanical & Electrical Service Company Based At Narellan

 We are looking for :

  • Part time Admin Support role based in Narellan: 3 days a week Monday to Friday , we are very flexible on which 3 days out of the week you wish to choose

Duties :

  • Invoicing ( Via Xero)
  • Goods Receipt entry ( Via Xero)
  • Timesheets 
  • Database Entry
  • Answering incoming Customer and supplier calls 
  • Purchase order raising 
  • Monitoring and answering the company Email Address
