The right individual for this role is ambitious, organized, and dedicated to providing top-level customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuity and service to the purchaser during the entire process
• Maintain the targeted administration timelines to reduce overall costs to the company
• Be the liaison between the customer and the organization
• Provide detailed information of any questions or inquiries of purchase to both the purchaser and the various departments involved

Qualifications:

• Good with technology and computer savvy
• 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Care position in Single Family Home Building
• Outgoing, friendly personality
• Organized and strong ability to prioritize
• Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Personal vehicle required
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (No boosters, just the original 2 shots)
