Robert Half is looking for the assistance of Customer Service Representatives for an excellent work from home opportunity in the insurance sector. This is an exciting role for a candidate who enjoys a fast paced environment and providing excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities for this role include: 

- Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

- Speaking to customers and asking questions to help identify their insurance needs before redirecting to them appropriate extension

- Handle incoming calls from customers and triaging their needs to determine where to redirect the call

Requirements

Qualifications;

• Post-secondary education completion required.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Inbound calls/call triaging experience
• Experience in a call centre preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High volume call experience
• Must have very strong computer skills
• Strong technical, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Must be highly motivated individual, committed to continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
• Insurance experience is considered an asset
• Must be available full-time
• Highspeed Internet
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment where you work remotely with coworkers from the comfort of your home.

You will be provided with a computer and a headset for this position

• You must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift. (Conflicting responsibilities may include caring for a family member/pet)
