We are looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Consultant to join our office in East Tamaki as part of our wider Customer Excellence team.
As part of the Processing team, you will be responsible for efficient and accurate customer outcomes through all online and phone enquiries. Primarily this will be through inbound calls and email with a progression into online portals and other digital channels.
Previous experience within customer service for Roofing, Construction or Engineering industries will be of great benefit - but even more importantly, your Customer Service skillset will be top-notch! We can teach you the product.
