Customer Experience Advisor

Are you good at picking out the key information others miss?

Can you always see the bigger picture behind a customer complaint and act on it?

Do you get satisfaction from completing big projects and having high-level responsibility in all of the work you produce?

If this sounds like you, we have 3 Customer Experience Advisor roles in a brand new team B2B.

You will be key to ensuring that customers are satisfied with the services and minimise complaints and dissatisfaction whilst using route cause analysis to identify trends in customer complaints.

You will interact with customers provide troubleshooting solutions. You'll also assess information to determine the accuracy of customer complaints and to determine responsibility and cause for errors.

To be successful you will need:

Essential

  • some complaint handling experience
  • good customer service experience
  • the ability to identify and assess errors and issues in the customer journey

Desirable

  • experience with writing complaint responses
  • experience in telecoms or a large Tech company

Work hours- Monday to Friday- shifts between 8am-6pm. 40 hours per week, Working from home until further notice.
