Qualifications & experience

• Well developed customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Computer literate with a strong eye for detail
• Experience in dental, pharmacy or medical products and services would be great but a fantastic attitude is even better

Tasks & responsibilities

• Answer phones and take customer orders
• Process online orders for multiple brands
• Answer product and logistics queries
• Help the warehouse with quality control
• Provide administration support as required
