We have a position for a Customer Care/Office role in our busy Papanui office for a person who thrives on variety, deadlines and managing a range of tasks all at the same time.
The position would ideally suit someone with strong customer service skills; both on the phone and in person. You will have a competent computing knowledge of the MS Office package especially Outlook. Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage. You will also have strong organisational skills as you will be working closely with our consultants and installers booking appointments, follow-up phone calls, checking incoming stock sheets, and assisting them in their day-to-day customer liaison. There will be training in our in-house computer system. A driver's license is required as you will be required at times to deliver samples to customers. An interest in interior design would be preferable as we have a show room on site.
The position is for 35-40 hours per week.
