Culture & Talent Manager

VMI Studio is a creative technology studio in London, specialising in creating moving, still and interactive content that brings our client's vision to life. With a focus on CGI, Film, Exhibitions & Virtual Reality; VMI creates innovative visual campaigns and experiences for clients around the world.

We are looking for a people person, officially a ‘talent and culture manager’ to join our studio and help us grow our team and strengthen our budding studio culture.

The overall aim is to help us create a great place to work, enhance our culture, create learning environment and to attract more talent - both clients and recruits. A key element of the role will be helping us to build a busy calendar of events, small and large focused on sport, wellness, fun and learning.

These events can be large-scale events like a trip abroad or small events like booking tennis courts twice a week or arranging an external lecturer to teach the team on 3D techniques. Additionally, it is key to help us broadcast such events in order to advertise to potential recruits.

In full the role will entail:

- Helping set up regular interviews with potential candidates who wish to join our studio

- Research and shortlisting candidates

- Improving our company onboarding process

- Creating a calendar of weekly events

- Capturing moments of culture & fun for social media

- Helping to organise Lunches, Birthdays & personal perks for our team

- Helping our team create a strong learning calendar with Weekly sessions on subject matters, including external speakers.

- Helping to promote Employee development

- Improving company image to attract recruits

- Headhunting
