What’s the role about?
We have two exciting permanent opportunities within our CRM & Loyalty Operations team at Waitrose as Operations Manager.
Responsible for the task management of several CRM & Loyalty campaigns and Partners, channel and agency ownership and continuous improvement and optimisation of Waitrose CRM Channels.
This role would suit someone with previous experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, end to end management of Coupon at Till campaigns and/or experience in campaign audience selection using campaign management tools such as SAS 36 and CI Studio.
What will you be doing?
You will be managing the implementation of our CRM & Loyalty strategy and propositions, working with peers to curate the most customer satisfaction and long term customer value.
You will be managing the successful implementation of multiple campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, Push and offline channels such as Direct Mail.
People managing/task managing a team of skilled and passionate CRM & Loyalty Partners
Be the team's subject matter expert in either Salesforce Marketing Cloud or audience selection and Coupon at till campaigns.

What you'll have
Experience in managing and delivering multiple CRM and Direct Marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Experience in using and working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud,specifically automation and journey builder, email content creation and Data Extracts and SMS.
Experience in using HTML, AMPscipt and/or SQL coding languages for campaign audience selection
Experience in managing and delivering coupon at till marketing campaigns
What else could you bring?
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin Certification
Extensive experience in SAS 360, SAS EG and CI studio
