Job Description

As the CRM Administrator you will work with our global travel trade and business events teams to enable us to use technology to act at scale with our customers. You will be responsible for CRM data integrity, helping users get the most from the platform, and working with the CRM product owner to identify and implement enhancements that deliver the greatest value.

Ultimately you will be the organisation's CRM champion.

What you will need | Ngā pÅ«kenga mō tÄ“nei tÅ«ranga

  • A tertiary qualification in an analytical field (maths, data Science, digital marketing) or relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems, ideally Dynamics 365 CRM and marketing automation/Click Dimensions
  • Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices.
  • Attention to detail, Commercial awareness, strong communications skills, and problem-solving
