Are you passionate about empowerment and positivity? Honour Clothing & Skin Two are currently looking for a creative retail manager to work in our flagship store in Waterloo. Our boutique store has doubled in size and we require a person who has a love for clothing and will feel comfortable selling toys. We are looking for someone with creativity to bring a new flair to the shop and focus on creating a community around it.

On a day to day basis, you’ll be responsible for representing the Honour Clothing & Skin Two brands to customers. You’ll work in a small team to ensure customers receive a high level of service and enable the transaction of sales. A key part of this role will be to define our Waterloo store as the ‘go to’ shop. You’ll be responsible for the shop's social and community engagement strategy as well as using your creative flare to build a store experience that makes our customers want to come back and stay longer.

Your job role will include:

• Setting a social and community engagement strategy (including how to engage customers through social media in store)

• Create an exciting store experience (how to make our flagship store fun and engaging). This will include visual merchandising, thinking of how to creatively use space for pop up concepts etc.

• Autonomously creating and executing on an in store events strategy (educational workshops etc).

• Looking for new and creative ways to promote the shop

• Serving customers

• Assisting with store stock deliveries

• Replenishing the stock and helping out to keep the correct stock levels

• Keeping the shop tidy and assisting with other cleaning duties

• Packing and dispatching online orders

• Basic administrative duties

Within this role you will be responsible for day to day retail duties as well as organising and implementing our community activities.
