Job Description
- Responsible for training, guidance and advice for all sales personnel
- Needs to work with human resources development to start recruiting candidates, interviewing, evaluating, training and mentoring new employees, assessing employee work and performance, and retiring poorly performing employees
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure clarity of common objectives, which he/she must disseminate to field employees
- Meet with important clients and scout for potential prospects regularly
- Promoting the organization and products
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
- 2-3 Years of experience in Managerial position
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
