Job Description

Our Newtown and Lower Hutt based healthcare client is looking for temporary Coordinator/Administrators to support their fast moving specialist team who are responsible for rostering key staff. So expect lots of people contact and thinking on your feet.

Starting ASAP, these temporary assignments will be for approximately 3 months.

If you have strong IT skills, enjoy problem solving and want to be a part of the action in healthcare, then we want to talk to you.

About The Role
You will be part of team looking after the rosters for specific specialist teams, dealing with leave requests and coordinating orientations for new staff.  Attention to detail is key.

Ideally you will have

  • Solid administrative support experience
  • Rostering experience preferable, but not essential 
  • Great problem solving & organisational skills
  • Confident IT skills
