What you will be doing:
- Serving customers
- Cooking food to meet Health & Hygiene regulations and high standards as set by the catering manager
- Maintaining high levels of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Promoting a positive eating environment through the delivery of great customer service
- Maintaining high levels of health and safety
- Compliance with food handling legislation​​​​​​​​​​​​​
What we are looking for:
- Previous cooking and food handling experience
- A friendly and effective communicator
- Reliable and co-operative.
- Cash handling and till operation experience
- Food hygiene training
- Experience of HACCP in relation to food handling
