About the Company & Culture: Our client is a market leader on an international stage that is looking to expand the current support staff network after changing employment models.  

About the role: 

• Manage the implementation and administration of compensation schemes and contracts across departments, to ensure the effective attraction, development, and retention of key talent.
• Liaise with Heads of Departments and Department Managers to manage compensation and retention strategies.
• Plan department remuneration budgets and structures to ensure alignment to business strategy and market.
• Provide contract management and compensation advisory services to Heads of Department or Managers.

  Start Date: As soon as possible!

  Days/ Hours: 40 hours a week. 

What you need:

• Experience in managing/renewal of contracts 
• Strong relationship management
• Be able to work within and to deadlines 
• Extensive administration/coordination experience
