Job Description

As the Contract Supervisor, you will be responsible to effectively manage and organise the transport of products to customer sites.  You will ensure that the product is despatched in a timely and cost effective manner in accordance with road safety legislation and customer contractual requirements. This position undertakes an important customer service role through daily operational liaison with customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Transport industry.
• Great communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
• Motivated and passionate about delivering excellent client service.
• The ability to meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced working environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, you will work cooperatively with operations and other internal departments.
•  Sound understanding of Dangerous Goods regulations.
• Sound mechanical knowledge.
• Competent using Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
