The opportunity

We currently have multiple fixed term & permanent opportunities for highly organised and proactive contract professionals to join us as a Contract Administrator. This role will see you providing support in the preparation of employment contracts and progression of pre-employment checks for Award employees across Transport.

 

An integral part of the talent recruitment and management process, you will work closely with Talent Specialists to ensure that candidates and new starters are supported between their final interview and their first day on the job. You will prepare and issue employment contracts that comply with legal standards and policy and provide accurate data for recruitment related reports.

About you

 

You’re a highly organised individual who demonstrates experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment, and aren’t easily bored by repetitive administration tasks. You likely have a background in or understanding of HR/Recruitment and familiarity with SAP would be highly regarded.

 

You have exceptional communication and relationship skills with the ability to obtain information and keep relevant stakeholders in the loop. You’re proactive about getting things done, demonstrating resilience and determination rather than frustration when you come up against obstacles.

 

You thrive in a collaborative environment and look for ways to go above and beyond to support others, not only in your direct team, but across the business. You’re also detail-orientated and take pride in delivering a high standard of work in a deadline driven environment.

 

 

Salary and Benefits

 

The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 4A ($75,461) – 4E ($83,005) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
