Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CI Manager to join our team in Prestons, working with one of our key customers, Telstra. This position will be instrumental in providing ongoing continuous improvement by executing strategic analysis, training, and mentorship to support and grow the business.

Responsibilities key to the role will include but not be limited to:

• Create and deliver a comprehensive CI strategy for the business unit
• Manage operational projects using best practice CI and project management principles
• Provide direct leadership to effectively deploy innovative practices and technologies
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the CI strategy is effectively delivered.
• Enhance team member engagement through coaching and development
• Implement robust CI training to develop lean teams in the operation
• Mentor trainees to deliver CI projects that benefit Toll and its customers

Qualifications

 To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record in a similar capacity
• A working understanding of best practice warehousing principals
• Experience, knowledge and ability to implement quality and improvement programs and procedures
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to coach and deliver training and presentations across all levels of the business
