What you’ll bring to this role

Experience - Extensive professional consulting experience, leading teams and delivering service in industries such as Energy, Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Retail and Telecom
Business Acumen – You demonstrate analytical thinking and produce high quality deliverables that create sustainable value. You lead business development activities including the production of proposals and attending client presentations.
Technical Capabilities – You adhere to guiding people and organization practices and methodologies. You are ambitious in building your technical depth and breadth.

Demonstrated experience of HR function transformation in either a consulting or in-house capacity in a leadership role.
Exposure to cloud-based technology implementations either from an Org Design or Change Management perspective.
Experience leading all aspects of client consulting engagements
