You will be well versed and involved in clinical governance, audit and be a good team player who is ready to be flexible and willing to meet the needs of the service and colleagues. Quality improvement is an important factor and we welcome innovation and enthusiasm in developing a high-quality service for our patients. At Clifton Park Hospital we pride ourselves in striving for excellence and innovation and are developing day-case major arthroplasty pathways with adherence to GIRFT ideals.
