Your new role

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for making sure the projects "under construction" are going to plan, on time, within budget and that all workmanship is being done to the required standard. You will be the key person for the main subcontractors including group home builders, commercial builders and landscaping.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience as a builder would be an advantage but isn't essential as long as you have been working in construction and have experience in managing a variety of collaborating trades. The team culture is very important, you will be a team player that is happy to get stuck in.
