Role description:

As the Construction Manager, your role is to ensure that all housing projects are built to stated quality standards, on time, at the stated profit margin and are signed off by a satisfied customer. All with the mentorship (if required) of the Franchise Owners.

Responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong, client relationship through regular contact
• Assist with pricing variations and checking final account
• Keeping an eye out for quality suppliers and on the supply-chain for timeframes
• Site set-up and site visitation
• Sub-contractor management
• Observe and manage KPIs

This role will suit someone with the following background / experience / qualities:

• 2+ experience in the New Zealand residential/commercial new build sector
• Proven track record of creating and maintaining a trade base
• Strong leadership and customer service focus
• Excellent communication skills
• Carpentry Trade Qualification LBP (Advantage)
• A progressive thinker with high attention to detail
• Computer literate
