I'm looking to speak with experienced Construction Managers for 2 x large PRS schemes in Manchester.

1. £65m to start ASAP (Groundworks already in progress).

2. £95m to start in March/April.

You will be undertaking the role of Construction Manager and will be the number 1 point of contact for all on site Construction related activity, reporting to an off site Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have managed a project of at least £20m as number 1, be hungry, ambitious and able to drive a project of this size.

This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's most reputable PRS & Student Accommodation builders and become part of their Northern growth, with these 2 projects being their first (of many) in the North West.

The salary on offer is £65-75K basic (depending on experience) + £7/8K Car Allowance & Package.
