Job Description

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Estimator for direct-hire placement!

Estimator is responsible for:  Preparing Estimates of Budget Costs by studying plans and specifications
* Resolving cost differences by analyzing and collecting information from current market conditions and field installation trends
*  Writes up and presents budgets, reports and project plans for sal3es teams
*  Develops bids with winning strategies to win profitable projects
*  Works closely with architects, engineers and other professionals
*  Schedules meetings with clients for site visits to create bids more accurately
*  Navigates and Understands Building Codes
*  Processes paperwork and travels to building sites as required
*  Understands assumptions
*  Other responsibilities and duties may apply  

The schedule for Project Estimator is typically M-F and hours may vary depending on seasonal needs.  This is a Salary direct hire position ranging between $75,000 and $95,000 depending on experience and commiserate expertise.  Full benefits and PTO are also available.

Qualifications

-Previous experience in a similar role
