Booth Lifehouse based in Grimsby provides accommodation and support to homeless men and women, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Concierge, who has great communication skills and an enthusiasm for working with vulnerable homeless people.
As our Concierge you will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in the Lifehouse and will be the first point of contact for everyone accessing our centre.
You will be responsible for managing a busy front office environment, including dealing with telephone and face to face enquires, engaging with our clients, staff and external visitors. You will work alongside all our staff to ensure that the service provides a welcoming environment for all.
