Schedule: overnights 11:00pm -7:00am 2-3 days/weeks
Wage: $18.00/hr

JOB SUMMARY
The Utility Concierge role is mandated with ensuring that the premises are properly maintained and facility issues are responded to in a timely manner.
The Concierge will relieve the business unit and employees of certain menial activities and act as a daily interface with business unit administrators and employees to execute certain tasks.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Concierge, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Conduct routine floor checks for cleanliness, orderliness & deficiencies
- Initiate facility Work Order tickets for repair/ maintenance for the common area
- Meeting Room checks: ensure cleanliness & ensure general orderliness
- Clean and maintain whiteboards; Replenish markers; Replace & maintain brushes
- Inspect and tidy up Oasis – load, run and unload dishwashers
- Check teas/sugars/sticks and replenish accordingly
- Ensure coffee machine is maintained
- Check Greenworks & Micrell levels and replenish
- Tuck in chairs
- Check and maintain copy rooms
- Ensure printers are working and restocked with paper and toners when needed
- Stationery and supplies are replenished and BU is notified when stock is low
- Sort and file mail alphabetically
- Ensure hand sanitizer & wipes are available at designated locations
- Remove out of date posters and posted messages throughout the floor
- Replenish and maintain PAR stock of dishware (plates, cups, cutlery etc)
- Ensure facility cleaning is conducted as required by Landlord cleaners – report deficiencies
Qualifications

- Minimum of one-year front-line customer-service experience, plus overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems and office equipment or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Post- secondary education
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work independently and have great attention to detail
- Must have the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- The associate will be on their feet, walking around the floors making sure that all our standards are in place.
- Must have some flexibility to cover for vacation/sick days
