  • Auckland location- remote option available

Opportunity for a Fixed Term contract until the end of June 2022 ( to manage back log) or a permanent role.

Come and work with NZ's medical watchdog assisting with the complaints process.

We are looking for a person with government policy writing / strong writing experience or a legal / health bckground who can take complaints on patient rights in writing and gain feedback from the medical provider and manage the complaints processes / communications between parties in writing.

Key to this role is the ability to manage correspondance around medical misadventures to assist in moving the complaints process to the next stage.
