Are you an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager looking for a new opportunity and available immediately? Robert Half has the position for you! We are currently looking for a motivated Compensation and Benefits Professionals for a reputable organization in Richmond. This long term contract needs someone with high attention to detail and will be responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits division of the company. The Compensation and Benefits Manager develops, implements, administers, and maintains benefits programs, policies, and procedures as well as ensures programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective.

• Developing and modifying existing and new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
• Overseeing, managing and supporting a team who help resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures
• Support the HR team to help improve recruitment and retention
• Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
• Identifies benefit options and communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans
• Recommends benefits programs to management
• Report to management and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends

Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Compensation and Benefits manager or in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Excellent time management and organization
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Prior experience managing employee Benefits in Canada
