THE ROLE

• Telehealth consultations with Palliative clients within the community 
• Visiting clients in home in the community
• Working with clients in a palliative capacity in home supporting their medical needs whilst also integrating with their whanau 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Registered Nurse with the New Zealand Nursing Council with a current APC
• Previous experience working in a community palliative care setting (5 years + experience is highly desirable) 
• Full Drivers Licence 
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work autonomously
