How you will make an impact

- Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures

- Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

- Meet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

Requirements

- Less than one year of experience required

- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

- Solid understanding of Receptionist or Concierge Duties

- Candidates that have worked in Customer service settings in Retail or Hospitality are strongly advised to apply
