Are you a great communications officer looking to make a change? Our esteemed client is looking to add a Communications Officer to their team, for a 5-month contract.

• Write, edit and produce a broad range of communications and marketing products in both English and French, including email campaigns, web content, and advertising
• Research, write, edit, build, layout, and send a series of email campaigns
• Maintain a detailed calendar
• Produce various digital marketing
• Prepare advertising materials as needed
• Manage relationships with suppliers
• Provide communications support to the events team
• Perform basic graphic design for online materials
• Lead the tradeshow booth communications strategy
• Keeping all the related collaterals up to date, including lexicons, style guides, templates, signage, swag, etc.
• Participate in developing a new look for projects
• Write and post new content in English, making appropriate use of HTML and CSS
• Support the collection and editing of information

Requirements

• Experience with Content Marketing & Communications
• Adept at using MailChimp, WordPress, Drupal, & Constant Contact
