Communications Manager
Location: : Global - (UK/Spain/Italy/Germany/Turkey)

Digital & IT is a newly emerging function within Technology that will be critical to this transformation on a global level. Within this newly created function, a new domain called Lean Portfolio Management & Transformation (LPM&T) has been established with the following mission:
•    We are the trusted Enablers of the Business, ensuring that the delivery roadmap of demand will be aligned with the Tech 2025 Strategy and our new Product Operating Model via managing demand, capacity and performance.
•    We are the drivers for increasing our delivery efficiency by providing data-based business insights and focusing on the re-usability and standardisation across all markets, also by involving our IT partners. 
•    We are role modelling the agile ways of working and implementing the SAFe methodology within Digital & IT by setting up an overarching LACE Structure.


Role purpose
The Communications Manager is responsible to develop and implement the communications, stakeholder management and change management plan for the implementation of the new operating model within Digital & IT on our transformation to a Tech Comms Company. In this role, you will be responsible to ensure regular and relevant updates to the Digital & IT community across the local markets and the centres by using the best and most impactful communications tools.


Key accountabilities and decision ownership 

•    Creates and manages execution of internal communication plan for Digital & IT to ensure a smooth transformation and change management process 
o    Creates articles, documents & videos on the progress in setting up one Digital & IT team and implementing SAFe across Digital & IT
o    Advises on best communication formats, messages and vehicles to convey message
o    Supports the Digital & IT leadership team with internal communications (materials, presentations) also taking into account how to involve local-market leaders and equip them with material to convey the same messages and act as local Ambassadors of Change
•    Measure on an on-going basis the impact and effectiveness of the communications plan and adjust it accordingly 
•    Ensures consistent updates and messages on status of the implementation, key milestones and risks of our transformation plan to entire Digital & IT domain and towards TLT for D&I relevant topics
•    Identify relevant stakeholders and create stakeholder management plan     Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
•    Track record in developing successful communication strategies 
•    Experience of corporate communications, internal communications and event management 
•    Strong project management skills 
•    Understanding and experience of digital storytelling 
•    Ability to work on own initiative while also working across teams and companies
