Due to an internal movement, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Co-ordinator to join our Communications & Engagement team. This a rewarding and challenging role and an exciting time for someone with a dynamic and proactive approach to join us.

This role will see you supporting the high performing Communications and Engagement team who work tirelessly to keep our people informed internally and ensure the continued positive public profile for St John externally. We work in a fast paced environment where demands can change quickly. Therefore experience in a similar role within a medium-large organisation along with a proven ability to adapt, be flexible and think on your feet is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the wider communications team with general communication duties including researching, creating and delivering content and campaigns and events as and where appropriate.
• Create communications material as required, including preparation of internal bulletins/memos, reports, publications, and supporter communication.
• Supporting the delivery of the Communications and Engagement Strategy by contributing to the team in a helpful and constructive way.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships across St John at all levels.
