We have immediate vacancies for Communication Advisors to join our Change and Communications team on a full-time, fixed-term contract. The role will involve processing change to the systems, processes and call scripts used in our COVID response, as well as provide daily and adhoc communications that contain helpful information used by our suite of COVID support agents to deliver compassionate, accurate and timely information to the nation.

About the role - Atu mo te mahi

Reporting to our Change, Scripting and Communications Manager you will work alongside other communications and change specialists in our College Hill office. A day in the life may include anything from document management and scripting requests to supporting project owners with change effectiveness assessments or actively engaging Covid service lines through internal communications.

• Writing engaging daily communications through multiple channels to staff in COVID Operations
• Developing enhancements to existing communications channels that support COVID suite
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain, upload and troubleshoot key documentation
• Supporting development of the company newsletter or blog to support culture building within Whakarongorau
• Uploading communications and documents to the COVID Intranet page
• Managing and maintaining script updates and changes
• Supporting project owners to conduct impacts assessments and change plans
• Working with Operational Leaders to process document changes, requests and refreshes
• We operate seven days a week and you must be comfortable to work ' on-call' weekends as required - this usually works out to every six weeks rotational.

We live and breathe communication excellence so proficient verbal and written skills are a must. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential as you will be the go-to for editing, updating, and refreshing documentation and artefacts.

• Relevant Tertiary qualification in Communications, Business Improvement or Operations
• Prior commercial experience in business change and communications
• Experience in technical, health and/or programme management communications is desirable
• Intermediate to expert ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills to meet objective and deadlines
• Bonus if you have worked in a contact centre environment
